The Challenge:

Key to Black’s philosophy is a simple aim – to delight the customer. With a focus on the making the in-store experience better, the retailer was looking for a feedback solution that would help them meet the challenges of an evolving high-street environment. Previous experience with providers had proved challenging due to the volume and quality of data collected, leaving Blacks unable to respond to issues in a timely way.
